3rd best romantic scene in Pakistani dramas

Seeing Humayun Saeed and Sania Saeed do their Kathak practice in Farar, a 1996 telefilm by Mehreen Jabbar, is a sweet, heart-warming moment. Sania is Tania who is trying to take farar/escape from her boring monotonous job as a computer programmer in Kathak and Humayun as Asad is trying to escape the expectations from his family and finds refuge in Kathak. From all this talk of Kathak it would probably seem that Farar is about Kathak but it isn’t. The telefilm penned by Azra Babar centers around three friends; a divorcee, a woman in love with a married man and a girl with a love of classical dance find ways to navigate love, the city of Karachi and their parents. Besides Humayun and Sania the cast comprises Huma Nawab, Marina Khan and Shabbir Jan.

Watch from 1:46 onwards
